INGREDIENTS

1 Head fresh broccoli; chopped
1 Head fresh cauliflower; chopped
Sweet red bell pepper; chopped
1 bn Green onions; chopped or 1 cup (1
To 2)
; chopped red onion
; (or both)
1 c Frozen or fresh peas
1/2 ts Pepper
2 ts Poppy seeds
3/4 c Creamy cucumber dressing; (or your favorite)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl add all chopped vegetable ingredients. Add dressing
and toss thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste, if you wish. Blend and
toss well. Refrigerate to chill and serve. Crunchy, refreshing, healthy and
delicious. Serve in a bowl or as a side dish on a bed of leaf lettuce.
Serves 6-8.
