Thick And Creamy Pineapple Shake Dessert

INGREDIENTS

12 oz 300 g tofu
1 c Crushed pineapple or 4
sliced pineapple plus
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1 Banana, optional
1/2 c Cold milk or 1 cup crushed
ice
3 T Honey or sugar
3 Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

MAKES 2 1/2 cups:  Combine all ingredients in blender; beat until
smooth, 45 seconds.  Garnish with pineapple chunk if you desire.
*Fresh strawberries or bananas can be substituted for pineapple.
