Three Bean and Franks Bake

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Vegetable oil
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Red bell pepper; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 cn Baked beans; 16-oz.
1 cn Butter or lima beans (16-oz.); drained
1 cn Drained kidney beans; 16-oz.
1/2 c Ketchup
1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
2 tb Cider vinegar
1 tb Deli-style mustard
12 oz Beef franks; cut into 1" pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat;
add onion and garlic and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell
peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in baked, butter and red beans, ketchup,
brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Stir in franks. Transfer
mixture to 2-quart casserole or 8 or 9-inch square baking dish. Bake 40 to
45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings. Formatted by Lynn

lima beans, 8 oz. hot dogs and 4 oz. polska kielbasa. This was an easy dish
that was very tasty.
