5 c Vegetable broth
1 Morninstar links, sliced
vegetarian sausage

1 Onion, chopped
3 Green onions, thinly sliced
1 Bell pepper, your choice of
Color), diced
2 Bay leaves
1/2 t Lemon pepper, or some black
Pepper & a dash of lemon
Juice, I suppose
1 Thinly sliced serrano chilis
or more or another
Variety, if you

1 c Small shell pasta
1 c Frozen peas

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell
pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20  minutes.
Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until  cooked
tender. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve.  Source:
