INGREDIENTS

3 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Lemon juice; to taste (2 to 4)
4 Bay leaves; crumbled
1 ts Chilli powder
375 g Button mushrooms; sliced (12oz)
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a saucepan over a low heat and add the lemon juice, bay
leaves and chilli powder. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, taking care not to overcook.
Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
