Tofu And Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Peanut butter
14 oz Tofu
1 c water or unseasoned veggie
broth
1 Garlic clove, or more
3 T Tamari
pn Cayenne or your favorite
hot sauce optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients
untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra
water.  Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over
mediumheat  until it is thoroughly heated.  Serve over grains such as
