Peeled and cut into small pieces
1 lb Soft or silken tofu
1 ts Dill weed
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 ts Garlic powder
Salt to taste; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 5 Servings. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until
creamy. Chill. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
