INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a liquidiser pur.e the tofu with 1-2tbsp of water.
2. Add the onion and miso and liquidise until creamy.
3. Add the rice vinegar and extra water if necessary. Stir in the spring
onions and serve over salads.
