12 oz Silken or soft tofu
1 1/2 c Skim milk, or soy milk
2 Bananas, sliced
fresh or frozen
1/2 c Strawberries or other fresh
fruit

1/2 c Canned drained juice-packed
peach slices
Sweetener of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 4 servings. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.  Place all
ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until  smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend a bit longer if the shake is too  thick for
your taste. Adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.  Serving
