INGREDIENTS

12 oz Silken or soft tofu
1 1/2 c Skim milk; (or soy milk)
2 Bananas; sliced
(fresh or frozen)
1/2 c Strawberries or other fresh fruit
(can also use loose-packed frozen fruit
With no added syrup)
1/2 c Canned drained juice-packed peach slices
Sweetener of choice; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 4 servings. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until
smooth. Add ice cubes and blend a bit longer if the shake is too thick for
your taste. Adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.
