INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Firm tofu
3 T Honey
1 c Frozen fruit, such as raspber
strawberries or blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade.
Process until smooth and creamy.  Chill for at least an hour. Serves
