Tomato-egg Blender Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 c Tomato juice
2 Hard cooked eggs
shelled/quartered
1/4 c Chopped onion
3 T Cider vinegar
2 T Vegetable oil
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour into a jar and refrigerate up to a week.  Recipe by: Woman's Day -
