Tomato-meat Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
6 Fresh tomatoes, peeled
seeded and cut up
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t American Heart Association
original herb seasoning
1/2 t Sugar
1/2 t Basil leaves
1/4 c Red wine

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic; cook until beef is
no longer pink. Set aside. In blender, combine remaining ingredients;
process for 30 seconds. Add tomato mixture to meat and vegetables;
simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.  FROM "CREAMETTE GOOD
