INGREDIENTS

8 qt Tomato, green
2 Lemon
4 lb Brown sugar
2 lb Raisins
1 tb Salt
2 ts Cloves
1 ts Allspice
1 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Mace
1 c Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Scald and peel the tomatoes. Put through a food chopper with the lemons.
Add sugar, raisins, vinegar and spices and cook about 45 minutes. Pour into
