INGREDIENTS

5 c Apple cider vinegar
5 c Brown sugar
1 t Cayenne
2 t Ginger
1 T White mustard seed
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Turmeric
1 t Salt
12 Tart pears, peeled & finely
Chopped), Chopped
3 Yellow onions, as above
12 Green tomatoes, as above

INSTRUCTIONS

Place first 8 ingredients in large kettle & bring to boil. Cook for 5
minutes & add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat & simmer over low
heat for 30 minutes.  Pack chowchow into sterile jars. Seal & process
in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.  File
