Tomato-poached Fish Fillets

INGREDIENTS

1 14 oz. frozen flounder or
bluefish fillets thawed
1 10 oz. tomatoes
2 t Dillweed, dried
2 T Butter or margarine
1 c Breadcrumbs, 4 slices bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish.  Pour
tomatoes over fish.  Sprinkle with dillweed.  Bake, uncovered, in
350øF oven for 15 minutes.  In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread
crumbs. Spoon over fish.  Bake for about 10 minutes longer.  Makes 4
