INGREDIENTS

2 Tomatoes
1/4 Capsicum
1 Onion
3 Fresh basil leaves, or 4
Fresh parsley
1/2 Chilli, de-seeded

INSTRUCTIONS

Finely chop all ingredients, and combine in a small bowl.  Serves 2.
