Tony’s Chicken Meatballs And Linguine

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground chicken
4 Eggs
8 oz Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c Parmesan
2 T Milk
4 Cloves garlic – minced
Salt and pepper
1/3 c Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic – sliced
1 lb Short ribs
1/4 c Red wine
2 28 oz. cans plum tomatoes
with basil
1/4 c Fresh basil leaves
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Meatballs - Mix all ingredients well. Wet fingers to form
balls.  Sauce - Brown garlic in olive oil in pan. Add meatballs and
ribs until  brown.  Combine all ingredients in pan. Simmer for 30
minutes. Serve over  cooked linguine.  Converted by MC_Buster.
