Tortellini Carbonara

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Cheese tortellini; (15 oz.)
1 pk Broccoli florets; (10 oz.) thawed
1/2 c Diced drained roasted red peppers
1 Jar Ragu Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Pasta Sauce; (7 oz.)
1/4 lb Bacon; crisp-cooked and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

In 3-quart saucepan, cook tortellini according to package directions,
adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain; return to
saucepan. Stir in roasted red peppers and Cheese Creations! - Roasted
Garlic Parmesan Pasta Sauce. Top with bacon and garnish, if desired, with

NOTES : This was delicious. I roasted my own red peppers. The easiest way
to do this is to place a piece of foil in the toaster-oven tray and lay
halves on foil. Roast at 450 F. turning as necessary until soft and skin is
browned. Put in paper bag and shake to remove skin.
