INGREDIENTS

1 cn (15-oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
1 cn (15-oz.) white or yellow hominy, drained
1/2 c Chopped mild onion
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
1 c Hot salsa
2 Garlic cloves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; cover and refrigerate
to let flavors blend, at least two hours or overnight. Serve with low-fat
tortilla chips as dippers.
