INSTRUCTIONS
Pour wine in fondue pot (or double boiler) and heat until it steams. Next,
add garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.
Stir with fork until wellblended. If needed, add more cheese to bring it to
the proper consistency. Now you're ready to fondue!
