Traditional Sausage Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Bulk sausage
1 lg Onion; chopped
4 Ribs celery; chopped
16 oz Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
2 1/2 c Chicken broth
1/4 lb Butter
Thyme to taste
Sage to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown and crumble sausage until cooked. Drain well. In drippings saute
onion and celery until tender. Mix all ingredients together until well
blended. May be made in advance up to this point.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat stuffing covered for first 30 minutes,
then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until top is browned.
