50 g Cashew nuts, 2oz

roughly chopped

25 g Sundried tomatoes in oil
roughly chopped

3 T Reduced fat mayonnaise
1 T Onion, finely chopped
1/2 t Madras curry paste/powder
1/2 t Lemon juice
1 Apple, finely grated
1 t Mango chutney
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the salad ingredients.  Combine the ingredients for the
dressing and mix in with the salad  just before serving.  Converted by
