Tropical Kumquat Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Chopped kumquats
1 c Chopped nuts
20 oz Canned crushed pineapple; (well drained)
3 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well.
Add kumquats, nuts, and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube
pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool, remove from
pan.
