INGREDIENTS

2 Trout
1 tb Butter
1 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean trout then butter liberally both sides. Lay on alfoil and squeeze
lemon juice over fish. Wrap the fish in the foil and place on a few coals
to cook slowly.
