Tuna Pizza with Caponata and Prosciutto

INGREDIENTS

1 12-inch italian bread shell for pizza
1 ts Olive oil
1 cn (7 1/2 oz.) caponata
1 cn (6 oz.) starkist solid white tuna; drained and chunked
8 sl (1 oz.) prosciutto
2 Plum tomatoes; sliced 1/4, up to 3
1 c Crumbled feta cheese
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
Crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place bread shell on foil-lined baking sheet; brush to edge with oil.
2. Spread caponata to within 1 inch of edge.
3. Top with tuna, prosciutto, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses.
4. Bake in a 450 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted
and pizza is heated through. Cool 1 minute before slicing.
5. Serve with crushed red pepper, if desired.
