Let us thank God heartily as often as we pray that we have His Spirit in us to teach us to pray. Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with Him; it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Spirit room in our hearts.

Tuna With Water Chestnuts

Grains Chinese Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 10-oz tuna in spring
water drained
1 c Chopped celery
1 8-oz water chestnuts
drained and sliced
1 6-oz pitted black olives
drained and sliced
1 Green onion, chopped
1 c Mayonnaise
1 Squeeze of lemon
1 ds Salt
1 ds Garlic salt
1 3-oz Chinese noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving,
sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
