Turkey And Green Bean Parmesan

INGREDIENTS

2 Frozen French-style green
beans
3 T Butter
3 T Flour
1/4 t Salt
Fresh black pepper
Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 t Prepared mustard
1 1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1 Lemon, juice of
1 Lemon peel, grated
2 c Cooked turkey, cubed
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook beans according to package directions, drain. Melt butter &  flour
& blend in salt, pepper & mustard. Add milk & cook until smooth  &
thick. Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel & juice.  Stir
in turkey. Spread beans on bottom of shallow baking dish. Pour  in
turkey mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serves  MRS
