INGREDIENTS

2 t Olive oil
1 c Chopped onion
10 oz Skinless boneless turkey
breast cubed
2 Macintosh apples, cubed
8 oz Baked potato, cubed
2 T Apple Cider, Or Apple Juice
1/2 t Crushed fennel seeds
optional
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
1 bread, 4 cal.
18 g Sod 49mg CFF 17.4%

INSTRUCTIONS

Place large nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat 30 seconds. Add
oil; heat 30 seconds more. Add onion and cook, stirring constantly,
until soft, 5-6 minutes. Stir in turkey and continue cooking until
browned on all sides.  Stir in apples, potato, cider and fennel seeds (
if using); partially  cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until
apples are soft and  turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper.  Serving (about 3/4 cup) provides: 1/2 fat, 1/2
fruit, 1/2 veg, 2 pro,  NOTES : Cal 192 Total Fat 3.7g Sat Fat 0.7g
