Turkey-black Bean Chili

INGREDIENTS

2 T Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 c Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 T Chili Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Oregano
1/4 t Salt
15 oz Can Black Beans, rinsed
& drained
1/2 c Beef Broth
1 c Picante Sauce
1 T Cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in large pan.  Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir
3 minutes.  Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir
until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. Stir in beans and
broth. Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a
boil; reduce heat.  Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally.  Makes about 4 1/2 cups chili.  Recipe By     :  From
