Turkey Breast Steaks With Yellow Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 T Sunflower oil
50 g Cashew nuts, 2oz
1 500 gram pac turkey breast
steaks
1 200 g jar yellow bean sauce
75 Water, 3fl oz

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the  cashew
nuts until they are golden brown, then remove them from the  pan.  Heat
the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes
until sealed on both sides.  Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water
then continue cooking  gently for a further 5-7 minutes.  Add the
cashew nuts just before serving.  Converted by MC_Buster.  NOTES :
Turkey breasts with an Oriental flavour.Alternatively black  bean sauce
