INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive or veg. oil 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper 12 oz. diced parboiled all purpose : -- potatoes 12 oz. diced skinned & boned cooked : -- turkey breast 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk salt & freshly ground pepper 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives In a large non-stick skillet, over med.heat, heat oil. Add onion, bell pepper& cook 2 min. stirring. Add potatoes, cook turning occasionally until lightly browned & crisp. Add turkey, reduce heat to low & cook until potatoes &turkey are browned & crusty.
