INGREDIENTS

18 c Diced cooked turkey
8 c Thinly sliced celery
8 c Seedless grapes*
18 Hard-cooked eggs, diced
2 c Slivered almonds
1 qt Mayonnaise
1 pt Heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Sugar
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In one large bowl, combine turkey, celery, grapes, eggs and almonds.
Combine dressing ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour over salad and
stir gently. Chill until serving.  *could use chopped up apples  Posted
