Turkey Tacos

INGREDIENTS

1 Clove garlic, crushed
Grated rind and juice of 1/2
lime
2 T Taco relish
1 t Freshly chopped coriander
454 g Turkey breast, cut into 1cm
1/2
inch strips 1lb
1 T Oil
Taco shells
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Taco relish

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the turkey. Cover and
refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok
and stir-fry the marinaded turkey for approximately 10 minutes, until
crisp and golden. Heat the taco shells following pack instructions,
divide the turkey between the shells and top with the lettuce,  chopped
tomatoes and taco relish.  Converted by MC_Buster.  NOTES : A delicous
alternative lower fat filling for Tacos. Note  marinading time before
