INGREDIENTS

1 c White wine vinegar
1 tb Minced; salted anchovy, rinsed
; and bones removed
2 tb Finely chopped cornichon pickle
3 tb Drained capers; finely chopped
1 ts Finely minced garlic
2 tb Finely minced parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Simmer vinegar in a non-aluminum pan until reduced by half. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes.
