INGREDIENTS

1 cn Cannellini beans
1 cn Garbanzo beans
1/2 c Chopped red onion
4 Cloves minced garlic
3 Scallions
3 tb Olive oil
4 tb Red wine vinegar
Salt & black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together in large bowl cannellini & garbanzo beans. Add onion, garlic &
scallions. Drizzle on olive oil & vinegar. Season with salt & black pepper.
Approximately 6-10 minutes.
