1 c Chopped dried apples; (about 3 ounces)
1 Recipe Bread Stuffing 101

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound bulk pork
sausage, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until cooked through, about 10
minutes. Add to the Bread Stuffing 101 along with the dried apples.
Yield: 10 cups
