INGREDIENTS

1 sm Clove of garlic, minced
1/2 c Mushrooms, sliced
2 tb Olive oil
6 Medallions of veal, pounded lightly
Flour
2 tb Cognac
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Veal or chicken stock
Parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes. Dredge veal in flour,
shaking off excess. Brown veal in pan, adding a little more oil if
necessary. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce
thickens slightly. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
