8 oz Veal scallops
2 tb Flour
1 tb Butter
1 lb Wild mushrooms, stemmed & sliced
1/2 ts Dried rosemary
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tb Brandy
1/2 c Low-salt chicken broth
1/2 c Low sodium beef broth
1/2 c Whipping cream

veal to plates. Tent with foil to keep warm.
2. Melt butter in same skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and
rosemary; saute until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 5
