INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Couscous, uncooked
2 c Boiling Water
1/4 t Salt
1 8 Oz Garbanzo Beans
rinsed and drained
1 Tomato, chopped and seeded
1/2 c Pesto Sauce
3 T Lemon Juice
1/8 t Pepper
2 Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 15 Oz Kidney Beans rinsed
and drained
4 c Broccoli Spears, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Place couscous in medium bowl. Add boiling water and salt; stir well.
Cover and let stand 5-7 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in
remaining ingredients except broccoli. Serve over broccoli. Posted by
