INGREDIENTS

1 Vidalia onion, chopped
3 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c Mayonnaise, low-fat ok
1 T Dijon mustard
1/8 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

oven to 325 degrees.  Combine all ingredients and spoon into a  1-quart
baking dish.  Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly
