Vietnamese Janes, O’, Brien 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

500 g Mince; (500 to 1000)
Chopped coriander; (good handful)
Splash Sesame Oli
Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Lemongrass
Chilli

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender. Mix until it resembles a sausage mix
(according to Lachlan, the beating process is effectively releasing the
protein in the mince.)Add 1 tablespoon of cornflour (to 1kg mince), mix
well.
Take it out of bowl and roll into small balls, set these aside in the
fridge. On your stove, place some water in a pot.
Throw some lemongrass, ginger, garlic, chilli and other herbs/spices into
the water - don't forget lemongrass as it is necessary for the flavour of
this dish.
Boil the mixture for about five minutes. Then drop in the meatballs, cook
for about 15 minutes.
Serve up for a hearty and complete Winter meal that's ready in about 30
minutes.
