Wagon Wheel Bars

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Butter |
| 2 | c | Flour |
| 1 | c | Nuts, chopped |
| 1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
| 8 | oz | Cool Whip |
| 1 | t | Powdered sugar |
| 3 | Heath candy bars, chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix crust ingredients and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Mix topping together except for Heath bars. Pour over cooled crust.
