Walnut-cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 3-oz cream cheese
softened
2 T Sherry
2 T Butter or margarine
1 Jar, 6-oz sharp cheddar
cheese spread
1/2 t Horseradish, well drained
3/4 c Finely chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

In small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese & blend in sherry. Add
butter, cheese spread & horseradish. Mix well. Cover & chill
thoroughly about 4 hours. Shape into 1-inch balls & roll in walnuts.
Refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 30 balls.  FRAN SMITH  From
