Walnut-cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 | 3-oz cream cheese | |
softened | ||
2 | T | Sherry |
2 | T | Butter or margarine |
1 | Jar, 6-oz sharp cheddar | |
cheese spread | ||
1/2 | t | Horseradish, well drained |
3/4 | c | Finely chopped walnuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
In small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese & blend in sherry. Add butter, cheese spread & horseradish. Mix well. Cover & chill thoroughly about 4 hours. Shape into 1-inch balls & roll in walnuts.
