INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Uncooked oatmeal
2/3 c Water
1/2 t Granulated fructose
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/4 Apple, chopped or 1 tbsp
chopped fruit
1 t Currants, or raisins
1 t Nuts, chopped optional

INSTRUCTIONS

The following two (slightly adapted) recipes can be found in "Kids
Stuffin's - Good & Healthy Snacks for Kids to Make and Eat" by Patti
Lynch.  Mix ingredients together in a large cereal bowl. Microwave on
high  for 2 minutes. Top with 1/4 cup skim milk. Posted to The Gourmet
