Warm Lobster Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (5 oz.) lobster
1/2 lb Light cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c Sauterne or other white wine
1 tb Light mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 ts Finely chopped onion
1 ts Granulated sugar
1 ts Dijon mustard
Pinch salt & cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside.
In small saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until smooth, stirring often.
Stir in lobster, wine, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, sugar, mustard, salt and
cayenne; heat through, stirring occasionally.  Serve in warmed bowl. Makes
about 2 cups.  Variation: Crab Dip: Substitute 1 pkg. (7 oz.) frozen crab
