Warm Tuna-pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Water
16 oz Frozen broccoli, 1
package
Rotini pasta, peas and red
peppers
With Parmesan cheese
seasoning
1/3 c Nonfat sour cream
alternative
6 1/2 oz 60%-less-salt tuna in
water 1 can drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a
boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring
once.  Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to
broccoli mixture, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1
