Warmed Tomatoes With Basil And Brie

INGREDIENTS

4 Tomatoes
2 T Olive oil
6 Basil leaves, shredded
8 oz Brie cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Core and cut tomatoes into thick slices; arrange on ovenproof platter.
Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with basil.  Remove rind from Brie.  Chop
cheese and scatter over tomatoes.  (Tomatoes can be prepared to this
point and set aside for up to 1  hour.) Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or
just until cheese has melted.  Makes 6 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
