INGREDIENTS

12 Oranges; each stuck with
8 Whole cloves
2 qt Apple brandy
4 qt Apple cider
4 tb Sugar
1 tb Ground cinnamon
1 tb Ground nutmeg
1 tb Ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake oranges for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Bring cider to boiling point. Place
baked oranges in wassail bowl & pour brandy over them. Sprinkle with sugar
& ignite the oranges. Extinguish flame by pouring hot cider into bowl.
Reserve 1 cup hot cider to mix with spices. When spices are dissolved, add
to boiling cider mixture.
