INSTRUCTIONS
Tbsp. margarine (1/2 stick) 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 4 tsp. prepared
mustard 8 oz. Cheddar cheese - shredded In a 2 qt. pan over med.
heat, melt butter,stir in flour, salt & pepper, cook 1 min.Stir in
milk and mustard. Cook, stirringuntil thickened. Stir in cheese
